Shandong Jinweili is a company engaged in pipeline equipment services, accessory services, and research and development of fire-fighting equipment. It was founded on March 18, 2004, starting from the "Qingdao Jinweili Wujiaohua Business Department" with a registered capital of 10000 RMB. In 2006, it was renamed Qingdao Jinweili Materials Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 500000 RMB, becoming a limited liability legal person enterprise. In 2009, it relocated from Fushun Road in Qingdao to Changsha Road, with a registered capital increased from 500000 RMB to 5 million RMB. Qingdao Detong Building Materials was established in 2012 with a registered capital of 500000 yuan.

The Pipeline Division was established in 2013. Huangdao Branch was established in May 2016 and registered separately as Shandong Jitai Valve Co., Ltd. in 2019 with a registered capital of 3 million yuan.
